1. General Overview
Our theaters are reserved on a time-slot basis. Once a booking is made, we block that specific time and space for your event. This means we may have to turn away other customers for the same slot. To protect both our operational commitments and your ability to change plans when needed, we offer a structured cancellation policy based on the timing of your cancellation request.
2. Cancellation Window and Charges
A. Cancellations Made 3 or More Days Before the Booking Date
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled time of your event. In such cases, we will process your cancellation with a ₹50 service charge deducted from your total booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Example:
If your booking is for Saturday at 7 PM, you must cancel by Wednesday at or before 7 PM to qualify for a refund (minus the service charge).
B. Cancellations Made Within 3 Days of the Booking Date
Any cancellation requests made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled time of your event will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided. This includes same-day cancellations or last-minute changes. Once within this non-cancellable period, the full amount paid is considered non-refundable.
3. Reasons for the Cancellation Policy
We implement this policy for the following reasons:
Limited Availability:
Our private theater slots are exclusive and often booked well in advance. A last-minute cancellation prevents us from offering that slot to another customer.
Operational Costs:
Each booking involves logistical planning, staffing, and resource allocation. Cancellations within a short timeframe may lead to losses or wasted resources.
Customer Fairness:
This policy allows us to maintain a consistent and fair process for all users, ensuring that every guest gets equal consideration when it comes to booking slots.
4. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your reservation, you can:

Go to “My Bookings”
Select the booking you wish to cancel
If eligible, click “Cancel Booking” and confirm your request
Alternatively, you may contact our support team through the Contact Us page or email us at support@partyscape.com with your booking ID, name, and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.
5. Refund Processing
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund (as per the terms above), the following process applies:
A ₹50 service charge is deducted from your total booking amount.
The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that any payment gateway fees or taxes collected during the transaction are non-refundable.
6. Rescheduling a Booking
We currently do not offer the ability to reschedule a booking. If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, you must cancel (if eligible) and make a new reservation based on availability. In the future, we may offer rescheduling options, which will be updated in this policy.
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the venue at the scheduled time will be considered a "No Show." In such cases:
Your booking will be forfeited.
No refund or credit will be issued.
We reserve the right to release the venue after a 30-minute grace period without compensation.
8. Special Considerations
In rare and unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or technical failures on our end, Partyscape reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer full or partial refunds or credits at our discretion.
If such an event occurs, our team will contact you with options for refund or rescheduling (if possible).
